Great customer service and such helpful staff. Prices are the cheapest for dog clothing in Pukekohe. Shop has a huge range of stock and animals. Worth a look!

This is a great pet store to go to, to buy an all sorts of fish. They have a very cute Cockatoo outside named Nippy. Friendly staff inside.

For the size of this store, it's incredible how wide the product range is. Staff are great to deal with too!

Just got abused and humiliated by a Staff Member at Pets Alive, King Street, Pukekohe.

They have a white rabbit there with a sore, mucky eye. So when I went to the counter to purchase something, I said, the rabbit with the sore eye is being seen to, right?

Shop Assistant chewed my face off: "No! we just let them suffer! Of course he's being seen to!" (well, actually, some pet shops / pet shop owners would just let an animal suffer, so that I why I asked).

So I said "well, there's no need to take offence (since it actually isn't about you Lady, it's about the sick animal!), I was just asking for the animal's benefit, I won't bother you again!".

So Pets Alive, pretty poor show in terms of Customer Service - I will be happy to drive to Manukau Animates for my pet stuff from now on.

They are really friendly to the pets, I enjoyed the place.
