Very happy with the way my ring came back and very quickly aswell. Had an issue with the care plan number which could have been resolved in store instead of me having to phone up store of purchase to get care plan number, sitting just outside of store, to be told they could have looked it up on the computer at my end. Other than that the service from the lady on Tuesdays is wonderful. Thanks a bunch girls

Like other Michael Hill jewelers they don't carry a lot of branded items just their own stuff. If you buy the stuff on sale it's not a bad deal.

Helpful staff while picking a wedding ring. They were happy and understanding and let us take our time. They also held the ring i liked so i could think about it over night. I really appreciated this as they understood i didnt want to rush something so important
