      They do great education programmes for school visits but you can visit as an individual too. It's a fascinating niche museum, so interesting. It's in the grounds of the police college and you might see police dog training if you're lucky.

      Great place to visit, interesting displays and stories, especially enjoyed learning about the history of the NZ Police and famous historical cases. Located in the grounds of the Police college. Free admission.

      Interesting place to visit! Wouldn't have even known about it except I took a class to visit, education program was awesome, they got to see the police dogs at work, and museum was neat too.

      Fascinating! Seriously, this is an extremely interesting museum and more people need to know about it. My sons went through for a school trip and LOVED it. Plus, NZ Police are international experts on forensics and some of the case histories were so interesting and educational. This museum gave me a new respect for NZ police.
