Welcome to Strongbarn Woodshop. We’re a small company that specialise in made to order, handcrafted indoor and outdoor rustic furniture. With over 35 years experience in the industry, quality is at the heart of what we do. We hand make every piece of furniture. Each creation is unique and crafted with care to show-case the character of the wood used. The timber used for our outdoor furniture has been grown and milled right here in NZ. Made from solid Macrocarpa and using quality fixings, we custom make dining table sets, bar leaners, garden benches and more. All indoor pieces are made from salvaged or reclaimed timbers, many were destined for landfill or the burn pile. We keep track of where our timber comes from so every piece of furniture has a story. This is our way of being a little more sustainable and preventing this beautiful natural resource from being wasted.
