      I like to try the specialty meats of towns as I pass through from time to time.
      These guys make great beef sausage. Good flaovour. No grissle. Moist. I cooked on low heat to minimise splitting.

      Best butchery in NZ. Has a wide variety from Homemade Bacon to Fresh fish. The rissoles are the best I have ever had and the chicken kebabs are generous.
      Owner and Staff are friendly and helpful.
      You wont be disappointed!!!
