      Good fees and good interest earnings on saving. Customer service is slow to respond though. It can take 1-3 weeks for a response. also The bank tellers get annoyed if you go in after 4pm. I got spoken to rudely for depositing money at 4.15 pm as they were packing up. Website says open until 5 though. They were not very nice when I explained I was working full time and couldn't get in earlier. They may need to put on website that they dont want people coming into the branch after 4

      Centrally located branch with super friendly, helpful staff . The Cooperative Bank has some innovative products and are definitely worth a visit . Its NZ owned and owned by its members.
