Booked the prior week a trip to and from Maison8 Restaurant in Waikanae for my husband's 60th for a group of 9. Picked us up ok but never returned at 10pm(time I had booked) to pick us up and it was pouring down with rain outside. We waited until 11pm then had to get one of our friends to bring her car and take 3 trips to get us all home. Absolutely appalling service!
