      I have been a Dialup client for more than ten years. In that time, I have found Dialup to be very responsive whenever I have had difficulties with my computer or software.
      I spent a lot of time trying unsuccessfully to overcome the most recent hurdle, again a difficulty in finding my way through my software. To add to my problem, I was in Spain. A phone call was out of the question, but a trip to the Dialup web page put me on track for a quick response. The problem was solved the next morning.
