You can live the life you choose in your community with our support for living, working and making friends.Community Connections' Supported Living services are designed to assist disabled people to live in their own homes and communities.Our Te Pou Hononga services provide enhanced support for people who have long-term physical, mental health, intellectual disabilities, sensory impairments and high-and-complex behavioural needs.Employment Connections has been providing school transition and employment services in the wider Wellington region for more than 20 years. We work with employers, job seekers, schools, students and whānau/family.Everyday Networks provides peer support groups which celebrate diversity, focus on people’s strengths, build capacity and confidence and utilise natural networks.
