A great little museum and it houses the New Zealand Rugby Museum, which is definitely worth visiting, especially if you are into rugby.

Interesting museum, I like it very much. They do have a great permanent exhibition, which is great.

Awesome museum with super friendly staff. I love the fact that the Museum gets involved with local projects and has celebrated a number of events, such as Women's Day. Great exhibitions and it is all reasonably priced.

you get two pretty much, this and the rugby museum. Great play area for the kids as well

Great place for kids to play on a rainy day lots of great books to read. Alot of good hands on activities & history to teach your kids
