Located in the Plaza shopping center in Palmerston North. I went into spark to purchase a new mobile for my friend. The staff member was friendly and helpful. She even changed the SIM from the old phone into the new phone and powered it up to test it was working well.

absolutely awful. they never answer the phone and don't even call back to messages... and after calling several times the phone line stopped working, coincidence? maybe, maybe not. and when we went in multiple people were standing around talking doing nothing. even when people came in they wouldn't approach them to help. it was the same ones helping the whole time (good on those guys who actually work). they sent away our phone and went all cold turkey and wont call us back. shocking!!

Excellent customer service. I took my phone in as was having issues. They gave me a loan phone and sent away my phone which they had back within 5 working days. Super fast and efficient service. Highly recommend this store in Palmerston north.

Went into the plaza store to change from another provider. Staff were really helpful and made the process really easy!

The plaza is a nice little shopping centre to visit with a decent variety of shops. It's nice and clean with great lighting. Lots of parking.
