Nice store. Bright and tidy. Always staff to answer questions. Hard sometimes bring in the plaza as you only get 1 hour of free parking and more often then not you have to wait to talk to a staff member so end up paying for parking

Excellent customer service. I took my phone in as was having issues. They gave me a loan phone and sent away my phone which they had back within 5 working days. Super fast and efficient service. Highly recommend this store in Palmerston north.
