I made a polite inquiry regarding damage caused to my driveway by having to pull out their truck. The response was rude, arrogant and borderline threatening, showed absolutely no sense of responsibility for the actions of their driver(his failure to assess if the access was adequate for the type of vehicle), nor expressed any regret for the inconvenience and cost incurred. The worst customer relations experience ever. I will never deal with them again.
