I have had my Minolta and Sony cameras and lenses regularly serviced by Kim and his assistant Adam since 2006 and have always had excellent service.

From service on my old XK and XE Minoltas, to Sony's fleetleader models and lenses..all work they have done for me has been superb! I can recommend Kim and Adam unreservedly.AAA+!

DO NOT SEND YOUR CAMERA HERE!!! I had my camera repaired with these guys through Sony. I had dropped my camera and there was little dent on the lens which stopped the lens from functioning. These guys sent back the camera with the dent still on it, however, the camera was working so I didn't say anything. Being back at uni from last year, we haven't had the chance to take many holidays and so did not use the camera for a while. However, when I finally did use the camera and used the zoom function, the dent interfered with the lens again. Upon sending the camera back to Phototronic services they said this was a new dent on the camera. Had to pay another $80 to get my camera repaired when I already spent over $200 previously. Please, please, please do not send your camera here. If you do make sure you take photos of everthing, record convo etc. I got absolutely screwed by these guys and I feel so helpless. Sony haven't helped at all either. Oh well, you win some and you lose some. Just please learn from my mistakes
