Better haircut than the last time.Previously they took over an hour to repair the mess their hairdresser had made of my haor.Thistime,the hairdresser decided (without discussion) to straighten my hair before cutting,then I got charged for straightening.I have since been told this is a common ploy of theirs.They should ask first then tell you what it will cost. A bit of a scam

Found the staff very rude, don't cut how you ask. Wont be going back

These guys are great for my husband's haircuts, not so great for mine. I find they aren't very good at giving me the haircut I was after.

Terrible haircut. I was very specific on how thin I wanted my hair to be and having a trim. She had cut the inner layers WAY SHORTER from the outer layers, leaving my hair with uneven long and short hair strands. Very rude customer service as well, talking so much about how coarse and dry my hair was the whole time and making me feel very uncomfortable. Never ever going there again! Would not recommend.
