This business is highly unprofessional, rude, and a ripoff. As a young family with a new baby and a student we are out of pocket $800 for a dodgy scooter we brought that has broken down 5 times now. We brought the scooter so my husband could get to work and leave our car at home to take our baby to appointments etc. The first time they offered to come around as they were going into town and would call past, they looked at it and accused us of putting "bad petrol" in it from a cheaper petrol station causing the motor to stop. Then said I had to pay them for changing the petrol ($50 + $5 for the new petrol). He removed a part and cleaned another then it started working. It broke down 2 weeks later (leaving my husband half way to work and having to walk it home and be late) so I texted them asking what else could be wrong. The lady sent a nasty unprofessional message saying I was lying about how long ago they last looked at it and if she was to come back it certainly wouldn't be free (the last time they offered to come in, and it certainly wasn't a call out like they charged me for). These people are ripoffs, money hungry and don't care about the people they are leaving out of pocket. They are rude and unprofessional and not willing to fix their mistakes at all. They also seem to have funny knowledge of why something is not working, I don't believe BP sold me a "bad batch of petrol" causing the scooter to stop working.
