Really great customer service. I needed an item picked up and delivered to Whanganui from Palmerston North and they managed to get it done within 5 hours! i was amazed by the service and quickness of it all!! A++

Not happy with this service at all Ive stood at my door and watched the driver write out a card to call and pop it into my mail box with no attempt to deliver yo the door at all so I pay for a service and end up wasting my gas going to pick it up complained about but still happens then he ends up leaving someone elses parcel at my house so I rang and told them they said they would collect the same afternoon ( on the Friday) no one turned up so I had to use my gas and go deliver it myself its not good enough wont be using these guys to send parcels thats for sure!
