These guys are biggest cowboy outfit you're ever likely to come across. They leave rubbish laying around the building site for weeks on end or until it is blown into a neighbouring property, that is building site rubbish plus their KFC, Subway BK or McDonalds bags and wrappers . They damage neighbouring properties (i.e. driveways and grass verges) almost to the point of wanton vandalism, they think nothing of blocking off the street for 30 to 40 minutes without apologising to those residents trying to get out of the cul-de-sac to go to work, take children to the doctors etc. If you approach the builders to talk about a problem they are rude surly and unhelpful, but no where near as rude and insulting as the management are if you ring them with a complaint.
