such a beautiful location over looking a bay at Paihia. the units are comfortable and relaxing. nestled in shrub with a view of Russell the first capital of NZ. History abounds this area.

this is an amazing place to stay. the owners are complete gems. the buildings are a bit out of date but who cares when you have hospitality and views like that. we have to go back
