Edelweiss Motel

The room was spotless and the was bathroom modern and clean. There was an alcove, which housed coffee making facilities and a microwave; plus a cupboard with cups, plates, cutlery etc. There was also a television and a table and chairs. Jim, the owner, was the friendliest of the two hosts. Despite the motel being on the edge of town, it is only a minutes walk from restaurants and the beach and it only took 5 minutes to walk into Paihia itself. Would stay there again.

Just stayed overnight, because the weather was really bad, but the room was cosy and easily warmed up. The decor was nice. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable (and I probably had one of the best nights sleep ever, because there was no road noise). The owners were really friendly.

Enjoyed staying here in a studio. I only stayed for one night. Room was cosy and warm. Staff were friendly. Owner operated. Nice
