Shampoochi Dog Grooming Paeroa

Fantastic service! I love the way the girls here treat my babies. They are very friendly and the no caging is fantastic. They always go abouve and beyond for me. recently I was ill and was unable to take my girls into them so the owner came and picked my girls up and dropped them back off afterwards. Just brilliant

Great service. They respect and treat the dogs very well. Love the way our dog looks and smells when He leaves. The Staff and very skilled and friendly.

Don't bother as @ April 2019 - Really disappointing. Had made an appointment and drove in from out of town, just to find no one at the shop, phone not functioning or disconnected, no communication of any kind. Neighbouring shops said no one had been there for a few weeks. A real shame as last time they did a good job of the grooming - but wont be going back, life is too short to put up with this sort of mucking around and unprofessionalism.

Was not impressed with this service, Never return calls to get our dog booked in for groomers .. how can we use this service if we cant make an appointment
