Very very disappointing service. We took our boat in to get a simple canvas cover done for the front bit of our bow rider. The owner said it would be done within 2 weeks (in November).
It's now well into January and it still hasn't been done and no apologies or anything else, just a final "we haven't got time right now".

We left our boat there so it would be easier for them to do, when we tried to get it out after they finally told us they wouldn't have the time it took over an hour to get the boat out from behind all the cars they had stacked in front. Another time we went in to check on progress and to pick up the boat for a drive the owner just talked about how useless her staff were, again no apologies but more empty promises about how she would get onto it right away.

So we now have no cover and no one else has any time now.

A complete waste of our time with a company that has no interest in keeping promises or giving any service. Go elsewhere.
Unfortunately

Two products I went in for, they did not have in stock. I had the option to order them in, but it wasn't practical, as it was for a health problem my horse had. The staff were helpful and offered an alternative, but sad to see they don't carry as much stock now.
