Subway Otorohanga

Good customer service and nice clean establishment. Staff were a little under the weather and not as happy as one would hope but still make a great sandwich. Lovely and fresh produce used and put together well

Cant really fault them. Friendly staff, fresh food - we are always fulfilled after a meal of subway. Can be busy at times and that is good too see. Keep it up.

I was overcharged by $5.00 on a toastie (just a six inch white bread, with cheese - allergic to garlic so asked for it to be without the garlic sauce). They refused to process my order as a toastie ($2.50) as I did not want garlic sauce, they yelled at me for asking for it to be processed as a toastie despite not including garlic, and it was processed as a veggie delight (for bread and cheese) at $7.10, and I am disgusted that they would not acknowledge an allergy and overcharge someone for a genuine medical issue. Rude staff and overall bad experience
