Asahi Japanese Restaurant

A lovely Japanese restaurant. We went there for lunch for a few times. Reasonably priced and fresh sushi. Very friendly staff.

The salmon and Tuna Sashimi was so fresh and buttery it literally melted in my mouth. Cannot fault anything. A little on the pricey side but well worth it. Will definately be back again .

for a japanese restaurant in the countryside its pretty good. Not 100% authentic but its pretty tasty no matter what. Good for your sushi and donburi fix if you just want to grab something nearby.

Good food, authentic Japanese cuisine. Dinner is quite expensive. Plenty parking nearby. Good interior design and friendly services. We were there Sunday evening, place is 80% full, as our table was out in front corner, we had to get up from our table each time in order to get attention of the staff. This is the only let down. Will return again. Hopefully better and more attentive service next time.

I must commend Asahi. The food is consistently good, service cheerful.

Overall a great experience. Gave it four stars as is really a cheap and cheerful not a fine dining but otherwise good in all respects.
