Coast Cafe & Restaurant

Awesome service at this cafe. Fabulous for an afternoon cuppa. The facilities are spotless and there is an outdoors area if the weather is fine.

These guys are responsible for my recent addiction to ribs. Absolutely Amazing! Their meat platter is highly recommended as well. Great atmosphere (especially upstairs overlooking the beach on nice evening) and reasonable prices as well. Also, the beer is not terrible - not terrible at all.. Looking forward to going back soon.

Funky wee cafe, great place to stop for a cuppa if visiting Kakanui oh a grey stormy day! Staff were lovely and knew a lot about the area

A really nice spot to stop for a coffee or for lunch or dinner. A wide panoramic sea view awaits you. The cafe style food choices might be limited but what they have is really tasty. I was just there for a afternoon tea break so cannot comment on the main menu

I really like the interior, several rooms, a veranda. Have a very diverse menu. I recommend
