Worst service ever. Waiting time is ridiculously long and no re check lane open. Over priced too.

My wife recently took her little car to VTNZ in New Plymouth - as our usual testing location was not able to do her car on the day she needed it done. Today she was back for a very simple 1min re-check. However she wasted 30min waiting - had to actually leave again at 2:45pm as school pickup was at 3pm. She was so disappointed in the service and said never ever again will she go to VTNZ. Sad to hear that NZs largest testing centre make people wait so long.

The office staff were very helpful when I lost my warrant sheet and were friendly. The wait was quite long and it is frustrating that they only open normal office hours during the week and the wait is huge around lunchtime

Fast, friendly staff. Explained an up coming issue with the trailer, excellent service.

This is one of our regular places to get WOFs, very simple service, nice and quick with staff explaining things clearly if anything needs replacing/improving, perfect for busy people who haven't booked a WOF elsewhere.
