The Tile Warehouse

I have to give a shout out to the boy who was working at the music/gaming counter on sunday evenjng...he was dealing with an obviously difficult and frustrated customer but kept it together even when she started accusing him of getting angry with her, which he clearly wasn't. He managed to keep his cool, called for assistance to serve the line of customers waiting, continued to deal with and solve the ladies issue and keeping her calm. He was clearly under stress but handled it reasonably well...so well-done.

Have had a really postitive experience at the Warehouse one week the staff member was great to deal with and very helpful only to experience the complete oppisite experience the next week. Its a pity all staff are dont have the same work ethic and customer service skills

Helpful staff who will order what you want if its not in stock, a large selection of tiles available and always a good selection of discounted stock.

I had an order delivered as it was so heavy and i couldn't carry to the car. The attendant that delivered them was so kind and helpful and carried them all the way inside and positioned them so they sat where i needed.

Love the selection and the great staff that helped me make my decision. Great location and easy parking
