Since the new owners took over this business has gone backwards. They are a absolute disappointment, rip off no mechanical knowledge the lady owner or part owner of the business is aggressive and rude.. they sell items that are supposed to be brand new but have actually been sitting on the shelf for a couple of years but it still doesn't stop them charging you new prices. My advice is never deal with this company there are much better options out there.

Great until something goes wrong and then they run for the hills. I bought equipment from them, they installed it. It failed and they got the wholesaler to replace it....all good, but no interest in why it failed. Two months later it started to self destruct again... they stalled, disappeared, refused to answer texts or ph calls, hid out the back of the shop, borderline abusive when I asked what was happening. After 3 months I gave up and dealt with the wholesaler direct...it was an easy 15minute fix...essentially an installation error. Buyer beware.
ps I now get supplies from Wanganui and apparently I'm not the only one!

I bought my family here to have a look at the spa pools on offer as we had discussed purchasing one for our new house. Plenty of options to choose from, nice helpful salesperson offered their product knowledge which was really appreciated, as it's quite an investment we decided to take some brochures home and do some comparisons.
