Groom was ok but customer service was terrible. Rung left message for them to return my call, twice left FB messages and nothing. Finally nearly a week later I finally got hold of them and the lady was so rude, yelled at me. Went on and on about her great award winning grooming skills. Basically called me a liar and said if we don’t like their services not to come back. I was just trying to make them aware of a problem so others wouldn’t have to deal with what we did after visiting their business. Will never return
