Was interested in house through Anne Wilson, upon first ph call enquiry, Anne Wilson was offensive and rude over the phone, refused to show the house we were interested until she had financial proof we were able to get finance on the property, even though we assured her we had a pre approved loan, she still refused until she saw it with her own two eyes and said the house was under offer and hung up rudely. On contacting the owner to see if the house was still for sale we found out there was actually no offers been placed and Anne Wilson was actually been dishonest not only to the interested buyers but also turning sales away for the seller. Left feeling disappointed with service of staff member.
