Upmarket shop but great prices. Sometimes the staff look at you like you are scum but overall they are really friendly. Beautiful gift selection. Paid parking outside

Great variety and high quality gear. However when we visited on Saturday we had a rude customer service who acted like we were criminals rather than customers.

Last time I was instore I was searching for a special gift for my mother in law who is quite hard to buy for given she has so much already and is quite particular. After browsing through the beautiful wares I came across a delicate box she could keep her antique jewellery in which she is very proud of. I had a very helpful shop assistant gift wrap it too which was much appreciated.
