Went to their superstore in Auckland. Very happy with assistance from staff answering questions, making recommendations, and being able to test the equipment.

Recently visited the store looking for home gym equipment, the staff's knowledge of the rowing and running machines was excellent. The equipment is all from America and good quality and access to parts for 7 years in case anything needs replacing! Very friendly staff and helpful too.
