Terrible experience. I cancelled out monitoring service in February as we moved out and now have tenants in the house. I have since received an invoice every single month and every single month I email and phone the company reminding them that I have cancelled the service. Customer service is horrific.

After initial major issues with the company. They eventually sorted things out and we deal with a great service guy who always is friendly and professional
