Came here to get my daughters ears tested , she wasn’t in the best mood but the staff were really good , the managed to do the job whilst keeping her happy so I was pleased . They are very friendly staff here & they made the whole task very simple , a quick in & out visit. :)

I am very disappointed with the service I received today. Why? Because the receptionist wanted to argue the toss about what they ordered for me and what I received. I was not sure that they would be suitable (without discussion). I needed new tubing from the hearing aid to my ear. It had an attached piece to secure the seating of the aid in the outer ear which appeared to be very long and cumbersome. I was given a sample last week to use but it was unsuitable as it was difficult to secure adequate seating in the outer ear. In fact the collar of the tube disintegrated and fell off the aid within the week. It appeared to be perished. I verbalised that I was unhappy to take the packet of tubes as a result especially without discussion. A heated argument resulted with me and the receptionist and I verbalised that I was not happy to buy these. She became very red in the face and said they had been ordered just for me and I must take them. I was clearly unhappy and voiced that. A fellow patient hearing this agreed by nodding her head. I do not think this is the right way to treat patients. I am a professional medical specialist, now retired, and this argument should never have happened.

Bought my son here for his ear appointment. The receptionist was great. Very friendly. The lady that seen my son was super friendly at kept my son at ease.

My husband was really well assisted at Central Audiology. Very caring and professional staff. Great quality of service.
