Took my husband's watch in here to get a battery replaced. Cost $15 but by the time I got home later that afternoon the battery had stopped working. The staff were not particularly helpful when I went back and I also noticed a scratch on the back of the watch that wasn't there prior.i wouldn't use them again for battery replacement

Took my antique watch in for repair and they held onto it for months. They were reluctant to give back when i rang couple of times so just went in and collected it as is. Didnt find staff friendly or helpful.
