      Friendly & helpful staff, clean and well presented gym with the latest equipment, and the only location in the region offering 9Round kickbox fitness sessions. Would highly recommend to anyone

      I do like this gym. I usually go off peak hours and there are a few more machines that I could use and t's not overcrowded. Great music to go along with exercise too
