great store for school shoes. good customer service and tidy place.

I took 3 of my grandchildren in to the store to get a new pair of summer shoes each. The lady servicing was very good with the kids. Shoes are a great price and love the specials.

I went into the Nelson store and not one worker said hello. I was trying on shoes and two workers were talking to one woman, not paying attention to the fact they had customers that needed help. I looked both dead in the eye on my way out and no one said goodbye. This is disappointing and I left the store angry and not buying anything because of this. Would not recommend to anyone if you want good customer service.

Good range, good service - just a shame most of the shoes are cheap and nasty, but I guess that's what you pay low prices for!

Visited this store at their new premises on Trafalgar Street the other day. Not much in the way of girls winter school shoes and not one staff member offered any assistance. Disappointing.
