I've found the service here to be top notch, they are very helpful with booking buses which leave from the information centre, have caught the bus from Christchurch from here with a baby and they were very helpful with all my gear and pram etc

Lots of parking at the I- Site and in an easy location to find in central Nelson. Staff were really friendly and had good knowledge of the area.

Lovely modern building with a huge range of pamphlets to choose from. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Great amount of car parking as well and in a very central location.

Very helpful, i am from Christchurch and visited here and got helpful info about what and when to do what i want in the area.
