I have made several purchases from Harvey Norman Nelson recently. Products are reasonably priced and staff are helpful (although I'd avoid busy times). There are some fairly obvious attempts at upselling, particularly extended warranties and accessories.

I am extremely disappointed with the service to customers!
I was planning to buy my whole household appliances from them(around $12,000) and yet they couldn't offer me any discount than what is offered to general public of their website.
Absolutely ridiculously! They sure as hel won't be getting any loyalty from me or family if you can provide loyalty for us!!
I shall be sure to spend my money else where ALWAYS

A great store that is full of good quality products. They also have good sales too.

Such a huge variety of stuff here. Store is laid out really well and staff are so helpful always find they have good interest free deals. Lots of parking as well.

Nice store. Especially good for computers etc, and they will deal on price. Beware of them pushing you into warranties that are expensive, and you are already covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
