Great store with heaps of selection and they run good specials. However I have had trouble returning faulty products in the past - they are very reluctant to take the products back or issue refunds.

A good variety of products and good sales, service can be slow slow with quite a wait at counters etc because no staff are around.

We have had issues with several applicances purchased from Harvey Norman but the staff have always gone to great lengths to solve the issues. Their staff are knowledgeable and patient.

A great store that is full of good quality products. They also have good sales too.

Nice store. Especially good for computers etc, and they will deal on price. Beware of them pushing you into warranties that are expensive, and you are already covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
