Can Plan

Hired a garden waste skip for 10 days. Received 9. Wasn't done filling the bin when they arrived early. Asked for a bit more time, they refused. Tried contacting them but only met with unbelievable levels of rudeness. Cancelling my normal waste pickup and disputing these charges so I can afford to hire ANOTHER skip. Obnoxious. This will obviously cost you much more than the skip rental.

If you want to stand by your "7AM - 5PM" pickup times, then change your website to say it's 9 days, not 10. Deliver at 5PM and pick up at 7AM on the last day is 9 days, not 10. Stop lying to your customers. And stop being rude and hanging up when someone is trying to correct the situation. I'm still floored at this level of rudeness.

Very reliable service. Happy to recommend. Good choice of options for garden and landfill waste.

Used these guys when we were doing major renovations for our skip hire. They were great. One phone call and the next minute the old skip was gone and the new one appeared.
