      I employed this consultant for a small job. For months he strung me along whilst doing nothing. As I pushed him for some progress he began to lie to me about what he was doing. Gave up in the end. Arps is not a member of any professional body as far as I could find so there is no comeback if he deliberately misleads his clients. Beware if you employ him; definitely not recommended.
