Boat Shed Cafe

Lovely spot over the water, back to their excellent standard of service and food after re-opening from the storm.

We went twice without reservation and could not get a table so first, in season, you need to reserve. The location is right on the waterfront and is great for a romantic sunset. The name of the restaurant makes you think that seafood will be dominant however we found that the menu was maybe lacking seafood choice.

Incredible veiws a beautiful place to dine it's been decorated to look stunning ans inviting and fresh it's clean and tidy ans the staff are friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy working here ans take great pride in giving you great service the muffins were fresh and soft the coffee and tea were hot and served in good sized mugs and the chips were crispy and had good salt the fish fresh with a nice herb batter a great experience in dining and would happily come back

We used their private dining room as a meeting room for a day. The views out to sea are stunning. They generously let us use it free of charge and we enjoyed a lovely morning tea and lunch in the restaurant. The food was spot and the attention from the staff made our working day a real treat rather than a chore
