She is a full member of NZAC and is passionate and committed to her work with both adolescents and adults. She believes counselling is a very personal journey and aims to walk gently beside her clients at their own pace, as they explore their past and present difficulties. Anna firmly believes that by gaining more understanding of both our conscious and unconscious worlds, we are more empowered and in control of our thought processes, emotions, actions and reactions, and this increased understanding can have a hugely positive effect on our lives (both internal and external).
