Zippy is always my go to place in Rotorua. It has a nice atmosphere, is warm in the winter and the food is good. The coffee has gone down a bit in my last few visits. It used to be great, now it's too bitter, and the presentation is really lacking. However, I dare say most people are used to bad coffee and won't notice.

I have been here a few times for breakfasts and always quick to arrive and very yummy. Well priced as well - much better than the restaurants in hotels and very close to central. Coffee could do with a refresh but otherwise very good and I will be back.

Good cabinet food and the coffee was great too. Nice spot for a quick lunch while nearby

Love the choices at this place. Reasonably priced, filling, good sized portions. And yummy!
