Not really satisfied with this business. Initially advertised early bird at $17 - I suspect because the parking facilities are really tiny and awkward to park in. After a month or so - and after seeing how busy the car park gets they naturally decide to bump up price by $2.

Car Park in question: - Farmers Birfdcage - AKL CBD

I had an issue where I 'd paid for parking via the app only to find that the parks available were tiny and at an obscure angle. I called the service desk/call centre and duly got all the reasons why I was wrong and they were right. No solutions were offered other than paying to park elsewhere and then "hopefully" (sic) get the money refunded.


They were unable to issue a credit; unable to arrange a transfer of credit to a different wilsons facility; unable to speak to the attendant at the next door car park to arrange access.


Not really happy and wont be recommending them to others - despite them holding the effective monopoly of Auckland CBD parking

carparks are rarely even level, full of rubbish and construction material, and wildly overpriced due to cornering the market

Almost everywhere in Christchurch! Generally good prices. Be careful of how much a day pass is because the machine will allow you to pay more if you're not careful. Generally full day is 4-5x hourly rate - at least for Wilson park in front of the hospital.

Was verbally abused by someone who who worked for Wilson parking for no reason. This man looked unprofessional and acted unprofessional also.

Really convenient parking but so expensive can not afford all time.
