The Blacksmith

Went in for coffee, which tasted OK like a fast food standard filter coffee. The service was really lazy, the staff lean on the bench while serving. Enough parking at Takanini shopping centre. The service is a let down for the place.

1st time here tonight. Was great service they were busy and still found a table for us we just had to wait for it to be cleared. Food was yummy and it was not a long wait to receive it.

Great for medium size groups and small size groups. Very generous portions. The prices for the meals are expensive but the bar menu is great.

Clean, quick service, welcoming and a menu with plenty of familiar favorites. This restaurant has warm surroundings, spacious and great for events, family gatherings. We have visited and left very pleased as a family and evening date nights. Great for a a bite to eat and to drink while watching rugby/ UFC. Enjoyable experience.

Fantastic place to eat. Staff friendly and food has that home style but restaurant feel to it. Their own beer is nice and refreshing. Lovely to also have an upstairs area for more formal dining.
