Awesome taxi company, Mr Singh was a great driver

Used this company after the One Love festival in 2019. Friendly driver, great fare. Will definitely use this company again.

This was our first and last experience using Tauranga Mount Taxis. I ordered a taxi well in advance(11hrs) to get home at New Years, not a problem, time and location confirmed, ride home sorted.
The time came, we waited, it didn't show, we called them twice and they said we are a "priority" and that someone will be out ASAP, so we waited some more, it still didn't show. 7 hrs after booking time no show and no txt or call to say nobody is coming. Now able to drive home after a uncomfortable sleep on the couch.
To be trusted, if they take a booking they should honour it, otherwise what's the point of booking! At the very least, if they are having trouble getting a driver out, it is so crucial to a sound taxi company to communicate it. Then people have the opportunity to make other arrangements, certainly don't tell us we are a "priority", when we are obviously not!
The only remotely good thing is they made an effort to clarify the booking when I made it, to make sure they had the time and location for pickup correct, which instilled me with a little confidence, (which is now long gone).

friendly drivers who always go the extra mile and carry your bags and are patient and kind when your frantic and organizing your kids the prices are reasonable as well
