Best service! I always use this service when im in taupo. Reliable and fast all the time indeed drivers are friendly.

Very poor taxi service. Booked two taxis, four hours in advance. One arrived, one didn't. Phoned the taxi company several times, but nothing. After an hour and a half, we had someone in our group grab a taxi from the taxi stand, and use it to pick us up, to drop us to our destination. Very poor.
