great service in all the Rotorua stores, I love the friendly staff every-time i go into subway, even if they are crazy busy they are still smiling and interacting with the customers. I enjoy how the food is always nice and fresh and i love that you can see them making your food as it seems a lot healthier and cleaner that way. I highly recommend going to subway and getting one of their many great daily deals.
If you get a flat bread i recommend getting them to microwave it so it doesn't break in half when you go to eat it.

This place often gets busy but the service is good, it's also quite a small store compared to others in the country. If you go regularly you should get a subway card to earn points you can use to buy subs
